Child and Adolescent Counseling
Working with children and adolescents does not always involve "talking." I have provided counseling to children and adolescents in schools, at their homes, and in an office setting. Children need to feel safe and listened to in order to share their thoughts and feelings. I incorporate play counseling techniques, bibliotherapy and sandplay into my work.
Individual Counseling
I provide counseling for adults dealing with a variety issues. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, personal conflicts, or career difficulties, my goal is to empower you to make the changes that are important to you.
It is important to remember that struggles and challenges are a part of everyone's lives. However, through counseling, the struggles and challenges you are dealing with will not seem so overwhelming.
Family Counseling
Families in conflict come to counseling with unique struggles. Family counseling is designed to improve communication among family members and to help families improve their functioning.
Couples Counseling
Building a life together is not always easy. Couples counseling is a place for you and your partner to express your hurts, come together, and voice concerns in an environment that is respectful of your needs.

Counseling sessions: 45-50 minutes
